In Kennedy Town, sea breeze, tram bells, old walk-ups and new towers all live side by side.
Right here in this neighbourhood, we’ve planted a small specialty coffee shop for the community since Year 2012.
The idea behind this place is actually very simple:
we wanted to serve carefully crafted specialty coffee, paired with freshly baked Liège waffles,
and gently pour the stories, streetscapes and everyday life of Kennedy Town into each guest’s day.
To us, coffee and desserts are more than flavours and origins.
They are a reason to slow down for a moment and notice the scenery around you.
We love getting to know everyone who walks through our door –
the office worker grabbing a quick cup before work, parents strolling with a stroller,
pet parents out with their furry kids, and neighbours who have worked in the area for years.
Through a cup of specialty coffee, a buttery crisp Liège waffle,
and a simple “How have you been lately?”,
we hope this space can feel like a small living room for Kennedy Town.
And if one day,
you find yourself saying, “If I’m going to Kennedy Town, I have to stop by that coffee shop with the specialty coffee and Liège waffles,”
then that’s exactly the picture we had in mind when we opened this place.
Our Concept
We focus on specialty coffee and freshly baked Liège waffles – a small, honest menu that fits easily into your day, whether it’s a quick cup on the go or a quiet moment to “take your time”
In a fast-paced city, we’d like to be a gentle pause in Kennedy Town:
an independent, neighbourhood café where regulars are remembered, pet parents are welcome, and anyone passing through can feel instantly at ease.
We’re not trying to be the biggest or the flashiest – just your café in Kennedy Town, warm, consistent, and quietly special each time you come back.
